Mold insulation board is made of composite material with low thermal conductivity. It is specially designed for the mold industry and has both heat insulation and pressure resistance. Place the insulation board between the top mounting plate and the fixing plate of the mold or between the injection molding machine base and the moving template. The purpose is to reduce the heat transfer from the mold to the mounting plate (the direction of the transfer depends on the type of the mold) to stabilize the mold. The temperature of the cavity surface ensures product quality, reduces heat loss and extends equipment life.
