Experts said that in addition to meeting the Q (quality), C (cost) and T (cycle) requirements of traditional mold enterprises, the domestic high-end automobile mold enterprises will become the key development of the domestic mold manufacturing industry in the future. direction.
Precision stamping die multi-station key development
Multi-station progressive die and fine die represent the development direction of stamping die, and the precision requirements and life requirements are extremely high, mainly for electronic information industry, automobile, instrumentation, motor and electrical appliances. These two kinds of molds have already been quite basic in China, and have introduced foreign technical equipment. The products produced by individual enterprises have reached the world level, but most enterprises still have large gaps, and the total amount is also in short supply, and imports are more.
For the ultra-large-scale integrated circuit, the lead frame with the lead pin 100 or more and the gap of 0.2mm or less is matched with the precision micro-connector with an accuracy of 5mm or more. Micro-motor cores below 1.6mm and precision molds for picture tubes and electron guns are the top priority.
